Samuel Wilde shares about him growing up in rural England and being shaped by his parents. He reveals the route to his career in theatre design and the process of designing Fly High and The Life Span of a Fact. Plus... why theatre isn’t important?


Samuel Wilde is an emerging set, costume and puppetry designer, he was the 2016/17 Laboratory Set and Costume Designer at Nuffield Theatres, Southampton and trained in Theatre Design at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School graduating with an MA in 2015. He is an associate Lecturer at Derby University and studied Drama Studies at Winchester University.
